Fashionable Location
Villa Laella is tucked down a cleverly concealed laneway just off ’Eat Street’ in the heart of Seminyak. It is a fashionable location with everything from boutiques, restaurants and sophisticated nightspots all within easy walking distance.

Seminyak is all about living the tropical lifestyle to the fullest. From soaking up the sun at the nearby Blue Ocean Beach or lunching with friends at a trendy cafe - days are spent entirely at leisure. Villa Laella is just a 20 min drive from Bali’s international airport.

Tropical Living
Villa Laella’s integrated living environment incorporates a dining area with a kitchen and lounge room on either side. Oversized glass doors open wide for natural light and air circulation creating a seamless flow between the inside and out.

The lounge is a cosy niche to sit and socialise after dinner or curl up on the red cushioned sofa to watch television. A decorative white curtain can be drawn for privacy or tied up with beads for an aesthetically appealing look.

Restful Bedrooms
Two similar sized bedroom suites are positioned on either side of the entrance foyer. Both feature a soothing decor that blends dark timber furnishings, crisp white bed linen and local pieces of art.

Each en-suite bathroom is fitted with natural creamy coloured stone that matches the floors throughout the villa for a cooling effect. The separate shower recess is complemented by ample vanity space to anticipate the needs of adult travellers.

Outdoor Delights
The showpiece of Villa Laella is its mature tropical garden and generous sized swimming pool. A paved terrace featuring sun-loungers, a casual table setting and an Australian styled barbeque is the perfect space to entertain and enjoy alfresco dining.

Hidden amongst the greenery in a far corner of the garden is a traditional Balinese lounging pavilion. It is a shady spot to escape the sun, relax with a book or take pleasure in a lazy afternoon nap.

2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 1 - 31, September 1 - 30.
   Peak season period: August 1 - 31, December 22 - January 5, Chinese New Year.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 3 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 7 nights.
