This villa was designed by Stephan Remini and like all his projects, he was able to optimize all living areas of 1000 m2 of land, 400 m2 living space, 5 bedrooms (including a master bedroom can be privatized), two swimming pools, a fish pond, two gardens, a patio, a bar and kitchen, living room area 200 m2.

The decorations designed by Stephan Remini are a unique line of furniture. This villa has been designed to be multi purpose and to be able to use as a small very profitable hotel.

In addition to 5 bedrooms (rare in this location) Villa Chocolat is located within 200 m from well known restaurants and fashion boutiques of Bali. Less than 400 m from the sea and 300 m from the KU DE TA.

2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 1 -  July 24, August 31 - September 12, Chinese New Year, Easter Week; peak season period: July 25 - August 30 & December 19 - January 9.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH season: 7 nights; PEAK season: 10 nights.
